Shipping & Returns
Le Blanc Candles may offer shipping promotions, at which time domestic customers receive free shipping if they spend over a certain amount. These promotions may vary occasionally. To keep up to date with the latest shipping promotions sign up for the Le Blanc Candles mailing list. We ship domestically via USPS for all packages.
Shipping & Handling Charges are as follows:
Orders $49 and under will be charged a $9 flat fee
Orders $50 thru $99 will be charged a $15 flat fee
Orders over $99 received free domestic shipping, all states within the USA.

Local Pickup will be offered at checkout in which you will receive an email with location and times once your order has been fulfilled. Please allow 3-5 business days for your order to be ready.
The processing time for orders is 3-5 business days. After that, delivery time within the United States is 3-6 days. Please keep in mind that during holidays, times may vary. We thank you for your patience.
We are not responsible for any shipping deliveries that may be affected by customs, natural occurrences, transfers from USPS to the local carrier in your country or air and ground transportation strikes or delays, nor any extra fees, customs or back end charges once the package has exited the United States.

Returns/Exchanges
We do not accept returns, exchanges or refunds for sanitary purposes. All sales are final. Unfortunately, we cannot accept returns on sale items or gift cards.
Damages and issues
We take great care to package each Le Blanc Candle so it arrives safely. In the unlikely event that your product arrives damaged or broken, please contact us within 7 days of delivery.
You are eligible for 100% refund OR free replacement
Claims must be submitted within 7 days of delivery
Proof of damage (photo/video) is required
You are not required to return the damaged item
